Salon Policies


  • Starting April 2023 Double Image Salon will be implementing a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please understand when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

  • New guests must provide credit card information in order to make an appointment.

  • Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance via text message because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months in advance.

  • Please take a moment to read over our salon policies. Thank you for helping us maintain the highest level of customer service while we take care of our guests and stylists!


CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to protect our artists’ demand of time, we kindly ask that a 24 hour cancellation notice be given for all salon services.

In the event you cancel after 24 hours, your card will be charged 50% of their service fee. “No-Shows” will be charged 100% of their service fee.

LATE POLICY

Arriving late may reduce the time of your service or require rescheduling. Please contact the salon if you believe you will be late for your scheduled appointment.

CHILDREN

Children are allowed on the salon floor when they are receiving a service. For their safety and the relaxation of our guests, please make arrangements for your little ones.

We completely understand there are times childcare isn’t available. In those cases we ask parents/guardians to supervise their children while on the salon floor. Parents/guardians will be responsible for any accidents, broken equipment, or damaged product caused by their child.

By providing your credit card information, you are authorizing Double Image Salon to charge your card in the event you no-show, cancel, or move your services less than 24 hours before your appointment.
